LeCercle is a not-for-profit association, politically neutral and free from any religious influence.
LeCercle aims at:

Bringing together, around different events (workshops, lunches, after-works, summer universities…),HR decision makers whos share the association’s values

Creating think-tanks by inviting experts coming from different environments to enable LeCercle’s members to challenge together present and trends of HR Management in order to anticipate the future of organizations

Creating the right conditions within LeCercle’s community to ensure that sharing becomes a true experience

Puting LeCercle’s members into action by implementing fruits of thoughts with benevolence and conviction. Deploying innovative methods and approaches according to LeCercle's guiding principles to serve the best interset of Human Resources.
